Spectacular sunsets and evening views, accompanied by gentle Caribbean breezes, set the tone for an evening of epicurean delight while the friendly, expert staff is on hand to cater to your every need.

Here, The Cove’s team of expert chefs bring international flair from their culinary experiences seducing you with their exquisite gastronomic delights and subtle blends of flavours.

Sample dishes include Pan Seared Five Spice Scallops, Sesame Crusted Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with Wok Fried Chinese Lettuce, Dark Chocolate and Local Coconut Milk Vavarois with Chile Flake Ice Cream. Regarded as one of Antigua’s premier fine dining restaurants, The Cove offers guests an experience not to be missed.

The Cove is open seasonally for dinner five evenings per week. Smart causal attaire is recommended.
